I read your blog and find it very interesting. To register a company in the UK, choose a business structure, select a unique name, appoint directors and shareholders, draft the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and provide a registered office address. Complete the registration with Companies House online or by post, paying the required fee. Register for Corporation Tax and possibly other taxes with HMRC. Obtain any necessary licenses or permits. Open a business bank account and ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including filing annual accounts and returns.
